Linter, F. Pte. 3/5th Hampshire Regiment  and Labour Corps
He volunteered in November 1915 and was drafted to the  Western Front in the following year.  Whilst in this seat of war he was engaged  on important duties with the Labour Corps and took part in the fighting on the  Ypres Sector.  He returned home and served at various stations until his  demobilisation in February 1920 and holds the General Service and Victory  Medals.  Hill Cottage, Swanmore, Bishops Waltham.  X3981
